These terms govern all digital interactions with REACCT properties including technical documentation, validation scripts, and algorithmic whitepapers.
Acceptance of Engagement
By accessing reacct.club, you acknowledge the high-latitude operational constraints of computer vision software. Users agree that provided methodologies for winter-market adaptation are for educational and pre-validation purposes unless a formal Statement of Work (SOW) is executed.
Intellectual Property & Whitepapers
All proprietary materials, including but not limited to Canadian environment simulation parameters, low-light albedo datasets, and vision stack validation frameworks, remain the exclusive property of REACCT. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to view these materials for internal evaluation. Reproduction or distribution of technical whitepapers without written consent is strictly prohibited under Canadian copyright law.
Liability for Critical Advice
While our Validation Pass and Precision Framework target high-glare and snowy environments, automated vision systems involve life-safety risks. REACCT provides advisory validation; final safety certification remains the responsibility of the software manufacturer. We disclaim all liability for system failures resulting from edge-case refraction or environmental variations not captured in simulation.

REACCT reserves the right to revise these terms as ISO autonomous safety standards evolve. Revisions are effective immediately upon posting.

Data handling for sensor block diagrams and accuracy datasets is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Service Boundaries
Our services are limited to the vision/perception layer and do not include mechanical vehicle assembly or hardware manufacturing.
